Colonnade Club 147

Colonnade Club 147 is a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath villa located in the heart of Shipyard on Hilton Head Island. With sleeping space for up to six guests, it’s a great fit for families or small groups looking for a relaxed coastal getaway.

The villa features an open-concept living area with coastal charm, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed, with access to a second full bathroom. The living area also includes a trundle sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Guests can enjoy Colonnade Club amenities including an on-site pool, heated spa, pool house, community BBQ grills, and close proximity to the beach. Please note the pool is open seasonally from April 15 through September, and the complex does not have elevators so, while this unit is on the first floor, a few stairs are required.

Shipyard offers 12 miles of beach, scenic bike paths, lagoons, golf at Shipyard Golf Club, tennis at Van der Meer Racquet Club, and easy access to Hilton Head’s restaurants, shopping, and activities.

Please let us know how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax per stay, with a maximum of two passes.

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
