Nestled in the heart of Shipyard, Colonnade Club 147 is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a fun and comfortable stay. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa accommodates up to six guests with ease.

The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower for your convenience. The second bedroom comfortably houses two queen-sized bunk beds, perfect for family members or friends, and also has access to a full bathroom. The living area includes a sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping arrangements if needed.

This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
