The heart of this villa is its well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The villa features a thoughtfully designed layout perfect for groups of up to four guests. The primary bedroom showcases a king bed, TV and a private bathroom with a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms feature ample storage with closets and drawers to keep your belongings organized throughout your stay.

The outdoor living spaces are among this villa's greatest treasures. The screened-in porch provides the perfect retreat from the coastal sun while maintaining those sought-after island views.

This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
