121 Club Course is lowcountry living at its finest. This spacious and perfectly situated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located towards the main gate of Sea Pines, making coming and going a breeze! You're also just a quick bike ride to Harbour Town, as well as the free trolley stop which takes you to the beach, shops and more!

The main level of the home uniquely has 3 living spaces. The main living space is just inside the front entrance with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, as well as views of the pool. A dining area beyond seats 6 comfortably. Just off the living area is a den that can be closed off. The den has a sectional sofa and a Smart TV. Down the hall, you'll find a full bath with a walk-in shower.

The main level also has the spacious kitchen which overlooks a living area with a sectional sofa, as well as a breakfast table with seating for 4, making it the perfect space for games! There is also additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

Up the stairs to the 2nd level, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The 3rd level features a main bedroom, as well as two guest bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, views of the pool with the golf course beyond and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The two guest bedrooms share access to a jack-and-jill bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom.

The spacious backyard is sure to please with stunning views of the golf course, and a sparkling blue pool. Guests can enjoy ample seating with lounge chairs and a dining table and chair set, as well as a BBQ grill.

Guests of this home can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just a few miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week. Limit 4 cars Max.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
