Breakers 305

305 Breakers is a beautifully updated and outfitted 3rd floor condo located in North Forest Beach! With its prime location and excellent amenities, 305 Breakers is sure to be your new favorite Hilton Head respite!

The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the island landscape and peak ocean view. The kitchen features granite counters, a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, dishwasher and both a Keurig and a full coffee maker.

The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of built-in storage space. Twin bunks are located just outside the bedroom and bathroom. The renovated bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. Guests also have access to a full size washer and dryer.

The Breakers has a complex pool that is heated seasonally (March - May) and separate kid’s pool. Loungers are located on the sun and pool decks, first come first serve, and tables with umbrellas for guests staying at Breakers. Breakers is an elevated 3-story complex with parking under the condos or around the perimeter.

If you are looking for a vacation that is a true escape, parking the car and not getting back into it until it’s time to pack up - the Breakers is the spot for you! The Breakers location is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. Coligny, located in Forest Beach, is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are across the street from The Breakers.

Parking in the Breakers Hilton Head complex is limited to 1 vehicle pass per villa.

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
