Breakers 108 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom North Forest Beach villa rental, located just steps from the beach for the perfect getaway and island vacation on Hilton Head.

This comfortably furnished and well-equipped Forest Beach villa rental features warm wood flooring throughout. The bedroom features a queen bed, plenty of cabinet and drawer space and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The hall bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower. A full size washer/dryer unit is located just off the bathroom.

The well-appointed living area features a sleeper sofa, three bar stools and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Just off the living room, you'll find a private patio with two chairs and a table - perfect for a shaded reprieve from the beach!

The Breakers location in North Forest Beach is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from The Breakers. Coligny Plaza is directly adjacent to this Forest Beach villa rental at the Breakers. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Great soft sand on the beach. Weather was perfect! Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Could walk to everything if you wanted. We drove to Hudson's Seafood house on the dock and to Kayak Hilton Head. I would recommend both. Other than that we just walked across the street and enjoyed the beach. Would definitely go again

The Breakers 108 was truly a very short walk to the pool and the beach. Also, walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and even the grocery store. It fully met our expectations for a long weekend and first time ever to Hilton Head Island.

Perfect for a couple

This property was really nice. Great location. We walked EVERYWHERE. So convenient. Inside is totally redone like the photos. Lots of storage and really nice shower. Doesn't have a beach balcony view but that was okay. Nice and shady for morning coffee. We enjoyed the pool and the beach location. Very happy with stay. Would definitely book again. We wanted to stay longer!

5/5 Perfect location for Hilton Head shops and beach We’ve visited Hilton Head several times but never stayed by the beach. This rental is in the ideal spot for the local shops, restaurants, and, of course, the ocean. Very clean rental! Would consider staying again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit #108. Although the view / balcony was only parking lot, the inside of the unit was very nice - nicer than other units we've stayed in there at the Breakers.

We have stayed at the breakers resort before and been disappointed. But this unit is perfectly remodeled! They left no stone unturned. Everything is fresh and new and updated beautifully. We have had terrible problems with rental companies in the last couple of properties we've rented through VRBO but this time we were very impressed with sunset rentals prompt response and ease of communication. The only trouble we had during our stay was with the internet going in and out the whole time we were there.

Great condo
It was exactly as advertised and completely renovated. Close to everything. Disappointed that the pool was not heated especially staying in February and March which are cooler months.

Located in the heart of everything!
We love coming to the Breakers every September, specifically because the breakers are located in the heart of everything! Just a minute from the beach, restaurants and shops! You can walk almost anywhere from this location. Oh, and the condo was clean, up-to-date!

This condo was clean and very nice with updated finishes. It has a short walk to the beach and also to Coligny Plaza where you can find restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. We really enjoyed our time here!

Great location, very clean, well furnished, and prompt support. The only negative thing was it is non-refundable (which is fine), but after the Airbnb booking is confirmed, Sunset sends you a separate contract. If you disagree with anything in the contract, you effectively lose your whole payment (minus cleaning fees).

This place is in SUCH a great location. You coudn't get closer to the beach, the pool was a hit with my learning-to-swim son, if you don't want to bring an umbrella and chairs, you can just rent them on the beach (late March - late October) and you're 100yds away from cute shops and restaurants.
The unit itself is so nicely decorated and laid out well to utilize it's size. There is plenty of storage for four people. The kitchen is awesome with plenty of space for cooking meals. The beds are comfy and the place was so clean - I've been in beach rentals before where it feels like the floors are never reeeeally clean, but these were!
We had a great time walking from the unit to the beach with no need for sandals at any point :) and playing board games on the coffee table that raises up to bar stool-height so you don't have to clutter the kitchen island and walking to the shops (especially the nice toy store) that are so close by. It was such a great stay!
