Beachwalk 113 offers the perfect escape for families and friends seeking a memorable Hilton Head Island getaway with all the comforts of home. This beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa sleeps up to six guests comfortably, making it an ideal choice for you next family vacation.

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen that caters to every culinary need. The kitchen features granite counters, white and stainless appliances and a beautiful tile back splash. There's ample dining space with a dedicated dining table with seating for 6, as well as seating for 4 at the large kitchen bar. The generous living space flows beautifully with a comfortable living room featuring a smart television and a sleeper sofa.

The spacious layout features two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full beds a TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Step outside onto your private patio and deck to discover your personal outdoor oasis complete with outdoor furniture and dining area, where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening conversations while taking in island views. The property includes a gas grill. And there is also an outdoor shower for added convenience after those long days at the beach!

Pet fee is $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 2 dogs, 75 pounds each.

Beachwalk Hilton Head is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site community pool (open seasonally). In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
