This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat offers gorgeous views of the Barrington Arms grounds with the Atlantic Ocean beyond. No expense was spared, and no detail was overlooked, to create luxurious accommodations you’ll want to return to year after year.

The open-concept floor plan offers ample space for entertaining and relaxing. The beautifully outfitted living area offers plush furnishings, coastal décor, a Smart TV and access to the private balcony through the wall of sliding glass doors, allowing for spectacular views throughout the property. The patio is the perfect space to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or finish the day with a romantic glass of wine while watching the sun set over the water.

The dining area is located just beyond the living area and offers shiplap walls and seating for 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The thoughtfully designed kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and all you’ll need to whip up your favorite meals for your family.

The main bedroom is located to the right of the living area. This suite features a king size bed, Smart TV and access to the private balcony through sliding doors. Guests have access to a vanity area outside of the ensuite bathroom, as well as separate vanity in the bathroom and a spa-like, tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is located to the left of the living area. This room has a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. Guests have access to an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Barrington Park ocean-oriented complex features an on-site heated pool and spa, community charcoal grills, beach access and spectacular ocean and pristine garden views. Located in an oceanfront complex. Beach access is a 2-3 minute walk from the property.

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
