Beach Gear Credit!
Get ready to enjoy the comforts of the open-concept living area. The main living space features a sectional sofa, club chairs and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Past the living area you'll find the custom kitchen with large island, stainless appliances, tiled back splash, new cabinetry and granite counters. There are two separate dining areas- one with seating for 6 and one with seating for 4. There is also additional seating for 5 at the kitchen bar. A powder room is located off the living area for added convenience.
The main bedroom (*pictures to come soon!) is located to the right of the living area and features a king bed, Smart TV, views of the pool and golf course and a private bathroom. This meticulously designed bathroom features a large, tiled walk-in shower, dual vanity and a soaking tub, as well as a large walk-in closet.
Two of the 3 guest bedrooms are located to the left of the living area. The first features a king bed and a twin bed, Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with his and hers sinks and a tiled tub/shower combination. The other bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Just beyond the kitchen is the 3rd guest room. This room features a queen bed and has access to a hall bathroom with shiplap walls, large vanity and an ornately tiled walk-in shower.
While the interior of the home is nothing short of luxurious, the exterior of the home offers guests a fantastic space for fun in the sun. Guests have access to the completely fenced in, newly constructed pool and jacuzzi area.* This oversized pool deck features multiple seating spaces, a grassy area, outdoor shower and a gas grill.
*Propane pool and spa heat can be added for an additional fee.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

This was an incredible property. Spacious, comfortable, great kitchen, backyard and living area.

Our recent stay at Kingston 47 was exceptional! The purpose of our trip was to get away from our everyday routine and enjoy a much-needed rest. Kingston 47 is right on the golf course surrounded by breathtaking low country flora and fauna. The house itself is nothing short of stellar. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. The living area is comfortable for watching television on the huge flatscreen screen TV. The bedrooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and beautiful. The room I stayed in (one of 4 lovely bedrooms) included an en suite with a freestanding bathtub that I enjoyed every day while I was there. The whole home is spacious and full of light. The pool is magnificent, we lived in it from morning until late afternoon every day. We brought our E-bikes to enjoy the bike paths throughout the Shipyard community and beyond. Kingston 47’s attached garage allowed us to secure our E-bikes and car at night. We had a great time and left feeling renewed!
