The kitchen has been opened from the original design and includes granite counters, newer cabinets a Keurig coffee maker and all you'll need to cook a meal for your family.
The dining area is just beyond with seating for 6. Just past the dining area you'll find the living area, complete with a Smart TV, sleeper sofa and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. The outdoor space has beautiful views of the golf course, a dining table and a propane grill.
Back inside, you'll also find a powder room on the first level for added convienence.
Up the stairs you'll find two bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, golf course views and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full size bed, a twin bed, a flat screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The Greens are set on the rolling fairways of the Shipyard Plantation only a short walk from the beach, newly renovated private on-site pool, golf and tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Perfect location
This condo looks newly renovated and was very clean with private beach access which was only about an 5 minute walk. There was a beach umbrella and new beach chairs for us to use that the condo provided.
