The living area offers plenty of seating, a large wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the elevated deck overlooking the pool, backyard and golf course. There is plenty of space to spread out for meals between the formal dining room, breakfast table and seating at the kitchen bar.
The gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, marble counters, tons of cabinet space, double ovens, a Keurig and more!
Three bedrooms are located on the first level, including the main bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, access to the pool deck and private bathroom with a dual vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
The other two bedrooms on the first level both have queen beds and private bathrooms.
The 2nd level of the home features a huge bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, sofa, flat screen TV and plenty of board games. Just off this room and up a half flight of stairs you'll find a room with 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV. Both rooms share access to a full bathroom.
The outdoor space offers the perfect place the read in the shade or lounge in the sun. There are multiple sitting areas, a propane grill and a new pool and deck. The well-manicured backyard provides plenty of space to run and play while overlooking the golf course and low country scenery.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Perfect!
Such a beautiful and quiet location! We were walking/biking distance to the beach and all of the shops around town! Located on a quiet street right on the golf course made for a perfect location for a family trip! The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids (and adults)!
