The open concept living area features laminate flooring, new furnishings, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a private deck with views of the tennis center and steps leading down to the back area of the property. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, and the well-equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. A laundry area and a powder room are located on this level for added convenience.
Up a flight of stairs, you'll find 2 guest bedrooms. Brand new plush carpeting was installed in each bedroom in the spring of 2022. The first bedroom will be perfect for the kids in the group. This room has a bunk bed with a trundle bed, as well as a twin bed. A wall mounted TV with cable is provided, and there is a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Down the hall you'll find the 2nd bedroom, featuring a queen bed, sitting area, Smart TV with cable and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The entire third level of the condo is the expansive primary suite. This room has a king bed, Smart TV with cable, a sitting area and a desk area. The suite also includes a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, full size coffee maker and mini fridge. The private primary bathroom features a stunning walk-in shower.
Forest Beach rentals villas Courtside are an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, and 2 blocks to the new Low Country Celebration Park. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center is right next door. Courtside Villas, Hilton Head Island has 2 beautiful pools, guests get tennis privileges up to one hour per day at the tennis center, and the HHI trolley stop is right out front. 2 car pass maximum

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Loved our stay!
We loved staying here and would book again in a heart beat! Very comfortable space for a family of six. Conveniently located to everything! We loved utilizing the tennis courts as well! I really appreciated the extra deadbolts on the front and back door. Made me feel even safer!

GREAT LOCATION!!
My husband and 3 kids (ages 9, 9 and 11) just stayed in this condo and would 100% stay here again!! The place was extremely clean and very comfy. Kids LOVED the bunk beds and my husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the master suit. There was even an extra room with own bathroom for my parents to stay a night. It was a quick walk or even faster bike ride to the beach, Coligny, and grocery store! All of the furniture and carpet was brand new. Another thing we noticed was the amount of closets and dressers. Wonderful Memorial Day weekend
