The private Beachwalk pool is just steps away from Unit 165 and offers tables, lounge chairs, showers and restroom facilities exclusively to Beachwalk guests.

As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a sunny breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen and powder room for your convenience. Separate dining room and spacious living room with comfy seating and smart, flat screen TV. Access to the back deck offers seating for six.

Beachwalk 165 comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with tub/shower combinations on the upper level. The spacious master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a new Vaughn Bassett king size bed with a doctor-approved Back Protector mattress, a large walk-in closet and flat screen TV. Also provided in the Master is a sitting/reading area for guests to relax, unwind and escape. Guest room featuring 2 queen beds with new mattresses, a flat screen TV. and a spacious closet. Amenities include a washer/dryer on the second floor, high-speed internet and a robust cable TV package for your convenience. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 60 pounds per dog.
