The elevated home has a comfortable, open-concept living space on the first floor with luxury vinyl plank floors. The light-filled living room is spacious with enough seating for the entire group. A decorative fireplace, a large flat-screen entertainment system, and a large ceiling fan finish off the space, with sliding doors to two separate decks. The decks include a gas grill and an outdoor dining area.
The chic kitchen has white wood cabinetry with solid surface counters and all-new stainless-steel appliances, perfect for making quick easy lunches and fun vacation meals. Serve dinner from the gas grill on the deck to the formal dining room with a rectangular glass table and 6 sleek chairs. The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and access to a hall bath with an oversized vanity and a step-in shower. A barn door easily closes to create a private suite.
The remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. The first bedroom features a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. They share a jack & jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The queen bedroom has a canopied private balcony. All bedrooms have new Tuft and Needle Adaptive Foam mattresses, smart TVs, and ceiling fans for the ultimate level of individual comfort. Enjoy your stay and make great memories!
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog plus tax is required if you are bringing a dog. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Directions to the beach/pool area: Follow the paved path to the left of 112 to the get to the gazebo, pool and beach access gate.
Forest Beach is situated between Shipyard and Sea Pines resorts along the Atlantic coastline with miles of bike paths to enjoy. Coligny Plaza is just a quick bike ride, shuttle, or leisurely walk away, where guests and visitors can visit a wide variety of shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Coligny is known as Hilton Head's "downtown", offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Absolutely wonderful vacation- grandchildren from 6 years to 3 months enjoyed it along with their parents and siblings. Next time I will need a place with less steep steps …… not so much for grandchildren but for ME! I cannot see how anyone could not enjoy vacationing with you taking care of their needs. This house was clean and very nice. Really liked location , community pool and beach access. I found it very easy to deal with Sunset Rentals-everyone was nice and the emails very informative. The beach gear rental was nice too.

Great week on HHI!
The house was clean and neat upon arrival, with linens laid out on each bed. The location was very convenient to the beach, the bike path and Coligney. New appliances, nice grill and other amenities were very nice. The pool and poolside patio were very nice and cooling after a hot day on the beach. Very pleased with Oceanwood 113! The rooms were large and the house was a very short walk to the beach - our family could go freely back and forth to the house. We had the most wonderful stay at Oceanwood in August!
The house was just perfect - tastefully decorated and super comfortable with sofas to flop into, impeccably clean and just a few steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed walks and bike rides to Coligny when we wanted to be near the bustle of people and enjoyed coming back to “our” beach where it was less crowded.
We appreciated the “hotel-style” touches like the small soaps, washing powder and dish detergent provided. Beautiful quality bed linens and towels too. It all made for a happy, stress-free family vacation.
Thank you also to Sunset Rentals for calling us to say we had left something behind, and taken the trouble to ship it to us.
