Upon entering the unit, you will find the open living space. A dining room table with seating for four and additional bench seating for 2 or 3 more making it perfect to host your next family meal. Just beyond the dining area, you will find the comfy living room. Equipped with a pull out queen sofa, an additional sofa, a mounted flat screen TV, and Mink Aire ceiling fan. A glass sliding door leads you to the patio overlooking the lush Hilton Head nature and landscapes.
The galley kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, Keurig coffee maker available, and also offers a full-size washer and dryer closet.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The hallway leads to another full bath with tiled tub shower combination and the guest bedroom which has a full over twin bunk bed and flat screen TV and additional ceiling fan, perfect for the kids of the family or just the young at heart.
This Island house allows 2 cars MAX. Per the Island House HOA.
The Island House community are great Hilton Head vacation rentals in Forest Beach, Hilton Head. This popular Forest Beach villa complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza.
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Replied quickly and nice reception people at rental office. Everything is brand new and in good working order. Nicely decorated. Both grind and k-cup coffee makers available. Nice outside patio area. Very close to beach and everything else needed during our visit to HH. New bathrooms. Very comfortable living environment. All amenities available, great kitchen. Loved it, can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

We really loved the villa we stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The location was excellent and the bike credit was a bonus. Sunset rentals was more than helpful with everything and Louise was more than friendly with extending our stay. Also I can't thank Alyssa and Louise for posting my jackets that I had left at the villa. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you.
