17 Sandhill Crane is located inside of the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines Resort and is a five-minute walk to the beach. This 3rd row Hilton Head Island Sea Pines home has ground-level entry and many living spaces throughout. Entering the foyer there is a living room and dining room on one side with a family room (fireplace is not for guest use) open to the fully equipped kitchen with an eat-at bar, sitting area, breakfast nook, and wet bar on the opposite side. There is also a separate office area for those on a working vacation.

Two of the five bedrooms are located on the main floor. The first bedroom features a king bed and access to a shared hallway bath with single vanity and step-in shower. The full-sized washer and dryer are also located in the shared hall bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with an abundance of natural light, double vanities, a soaking tub, and a step-in shower.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. The first and second bedrooms both have two twin beds and access to a shared bath with single vanity and step-in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed, a private bath with single vanity, and a step-in shower.

Your Hilton Head Island Sea Pines home offers just as much space outside to enjoy! Cookout and have dinner near the pool after the beach or a round of golf! The private pool with an attached spa is perfect for refreshing swims after enjoying days at the beach. **The pool can be heated for an additional fee between Labor Day and Memorial Day. If the outside temperature drops to 55º or below, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is heating, refunds will not be given.**

Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs for an additional non-refundable fee of $225 plus tax per dog.

Sea Pines Resort is a gated community requiring car passes for entry. Please specify the number of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation. Passes are $17 per pass per week.
