The bright and spacious open concept floor plan has coastal decor and laminate flooring that spans the property. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, and a matching chair and sofa set, as well as a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
Sweeping lagoon views can be seen from the living and dining area. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast table off the kitchen. Guests can access the private porch through sliding glass doors in the dining area.
The full kitchen features granite counters, new stainless steel Samsung appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has been outfitted with everything needed to cook a meal for your family. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen and has a new full-size washer and dryer.
The main level of the home has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed, large flat-screen TV and lagoon views. The second bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV and views of the front drive. Both bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd level. This room has a king bed, flat-screen TV and a large private bathroom. The bathroom features a garden tub, dual vanities and a separate walk-in shower.
Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog.
Guests of 24 Shell Ring have access to a gorgeous community pool and hot tub. A sauna, grill area, as well as 4 tennis courts are also available free of charge. All amenities are just a short 5 minute walk from the home!
This home is located just a short bike ride away from Sea Pines' Harbour Town Marina. A free trolley is also available for Sea Pines guests. The trolley stop for RED trolley is located close by and runs from the Greenwood Drive to Harbour Town approximately every 20 minutes, with stops at Lawton Stables and The Shops at Sea Pines Center.
Shell Ring is conveniently located near the main Sea Pines gate, making access to the main parts of the island a breeze!

Can access the beach from multiple bike trails along South Sea Pines Drive, or park at one of the Sea Pines Trolly Stops and ride the Trolly to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Hilton Head Holiday
This home is wonderful! The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. The street where the home is located is very private and the neighborhood pool was just a few houses away.
