Boasting porcelain tiles, a huge rear deck and breathtaking views, this unit is perfect for your next getaway! Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach! Enjoy the resort amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, kayaking, 3 miles of white sandy beaches in Palmetto Dunes, and the 11-mile lagoon system to canoe, kayak, or fish. Shelter Cove Harbour and the Towne Centre are a short bike ride away.
The Queens Grant section of the resort has an on-site pool that is open April through September, is a short bike ride to the amenities of Shelter Cove, and is a 5-8 minute walk from the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Car passes are $25.00 per car for a week. 2 weeks- $40.0, 3+ weeks $50. Please notify us how many you will need.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
