The main living area features comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV and access to the private deck overlooking the tennis courts. The uniquely remodeled kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances and a large island with seating for 4. Additional seating for 4 can be found in the dining area.
The queen bedroom is also located on the main floor. This room features a Smart TV, bay windows that allow natural light to flow in and access to a powder room.
The remaining two bedrooms and laundry area are located on the 2nd level. The king bedroom features a Smart TV, dedicated work space and a private balcony overlooking the tennis courts. This room also has private bathroom with a dual vanity and large tiled walk-in shower. The twin bedroom features a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Per the Ocean Breeze HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom.
The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, with one in this villa's back yard, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the Forest Beach Hilton Head rental complex. 2 car passes are allowed per villa.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

The layout was amazing leaving enough room for everyone to hang out or enjoy their own space. The location was so close to the main area it only took minutes to be in the best restaurants, beach access, and night life. Absolutely a 5 start stay!!
