Open the door to a bright, cathedral ceiling living room with a sofa and loveseat, a TV/DVD, and a large cathedral-style window that overlooks a portion of the 11 mile lagoon system.. The adjoining dining area has corner windows, a table with seating for 6, and 4 barstools at a dining/serving counter that is open to the kitchen. There is a screened porch off the dining room where you can sit and enjoy the wild life of the low country.
The cheerful, fully equipped kitchen, a pantry cupboard, a closet with a stack washer/dryer, and access to a convenient powder room. Off the other side of the dining area is a screened porch and a door leading to the landscaped grounds and the pool & lagoon beyond.
Just off the living room is the primary bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a large window, a door to the grounds, and a spacious private bath with a double closet, a spa tub, and a walk-in shower.
A sky lighted stairwell leads to the 2nd floor and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a window overlooking the Lagoon, and a private bath. A bridge walkway then connects to the 3rd bedroom, which has a queen bed and a private bath with a skylight and a walk-in shower

The pool and hot tub are heated Oct, Nov, March, and April; the hot tub is heated year round, except for the month of January.

Great family rental
This condo was perfect for 6 adults and 3 children all 6 years old or under . We had plenty of space . The pool was great , and the walk to the beach is good as long as you have a wagon for taking all your stuff ! We would definitely rent it again . Sunset rentals make everything so quick and easy . Since we stayed 3 weeks, it was important that the amenities to the villa were in working order. The pool and hot tub did not disappoint. Furniture and beds were in good shape and comfortable. Screened in porch was often used. Our one wish was that there was a grill-that would have made our stay!
