Upon entering this Shipyard rental villa you will find the den to your left complete with a fireplace (not for guest use), wet bar, and television. This is also where you will find the queen pull out sofa. Down the hall and past the powder room (with full washer and dryer) you will enter the 2nd living room with flat screen TV and open floor plan kitchen complete with a dining room table with seating for 6. Off the living room is access to the large, shaded patio with lagoon views.
This Shipyard rental at Beachwalk 110 comfortably sleeps 8 guests in three bedrooms on the upstairs level. The first room you will find is the master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen tv, and full bath with double sink. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen tv, and its own bath steps away in the hall. In the third bedroom you will find a queen bed with a private bath. This unit is in original condition, and value priced for the cost conscious vacationer.
Hilton Head’s Shipyard rentals put you in the heart of the plantation! Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard Plantation and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Shipyard Plantation is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy private beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog plus tax is required if you are bringing a dog. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
