We loved our first ever visit to Hilton Head! Your villa was the perfect place to stay- loved the quiet neighborhood and the kids loved the pool and turtle in the pond. We biked several miles per day and found this location to be perfect to both the beach and our trips for ice cream, coffee, and a few meals out. The condo had everything we needed and the comfy king bed was an added bonus as so often when we travel we find uncomfortable beds. Kids loved the loft too! We enjoyed a dolphin boat watch, crepes at French Bakery- yumm! ice cream at Kilwins Chocolates and more. Thanks for a great week at your villa!

Thank you for our home away from home stay in your lovely villa. Beautiful view of the lagoon and fountain. Our first trip to Hilton Head and we all loved it! Sandy white beaches, vibrate island flowers, green palms, live oaks with their cascading Spanish moss. The Eco-system here makes it feel like a paradise. We will defiantly stay again!!

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo & perfect view of the pool! Very clean, comfortable stay. Drove from Charleston, SC to have a little getaway with the two kids, granny, & great granny. Thank you for opening up your home to us. We enjoyed everything!

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely beach home! We were enchanted by the gorgeous views from any angle we looked! Another advantage was the convenient location to various amenities ( such as Shelter Cove). Spending time here on the island has been a relaxing experience in "paradise" and we have already booked our visit for next year!!

Second Visit

We enjoyed our time here in this beautiful condo.  It's our first time in this condo but second time in St. Andrews Common and I have no idea how many times in HHI (we usually come several times each year).  We love the location here in Palmetto Dunes and spending time at the beach and riding bikes all over the Island.  Java Burrito and Jane Bistro never disappoint and we tried a couple of new places this visit (HHI Social Bakery and Poseidon) that were pretty good too.  We are already planning our return trip and will definitely check out this condo when we know our dates.  We hope the next family enjoys their time here as much as we have.

We enjoyed our stay at your wonderful condo. Close enough to the beach, but away from all the noise. Comfy bed and great furniture, inside and out! We loved seeing the baby deer (triplets) and all of the wildlife around the complex. Our pups, Logan and Noah, loved hanging out too! We appreciate you allowing dogs in your home! Hope to return again soon.

Long time vacation buddies.  After our 4 1/2 struggle to get our reserved rental car we arrived. 

We enjoyed it all - the Hot Mama's - (take out) better eating at this table,  Teh Necktor (large portions),  Marley's, great take out, Legacy Golf lots of fun.  Dolphin & kayak - great trip - watched the 5 foot gator in the pond.  We called in "Charlie" DON'T FEED!  Turtles are laying eggs in the pond area up on the banks.  Be careful where you walk - oh yeah - bikes great deals are out there, lots of fun.  

Today, we head home!  6 days of our make believe, next 6 months to pay it off.  We hope you enjoy your time here.  Also Lord Bless the next family here as you did for us - Amen

We loved staying here!  A very lovely house in a nice area.  We really enjoy taking walks on the beach and sitting on the porch.  Our dog had never been to the beach before and we needed to get away for Thanksgiving.  It was surprisingly hard to find a pet-friendly place in Hilton Head.

Awesome Stay!
My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for over 12 years 5-6 times a year. This was the first time in this villa. Had a great experience with Sunset Rentals. Tayina was especially nice and provided prompt customer service. Everyone else that I emailed or sent a text to responded immediately! The villa has a beautiful and relaxing view and is decorated bright and cheery! What is most important to us is that the villa is clean and the bed is comfortable and we were very pleased with both. We have booked this villa for 10 days in April and look forward to another great stay! Thank you!

Had such a great time and the pups enjoyed every moment,  This condo is great!  Very roomy for 4 adults and 2 dogs.  We loved the distance to walk to Shelter Cove  St. Andrews Common is the perfect neighborhood.  We ate so many yummy meals, but our favorites have to be The Daily, Stu's Surfside Subs, Watusi, Ombra, Hudson's, Coco's o the Beach and so many more!  Ca't wait to come back to this beautiful place.  LOVED the spiral staircase

We've been coming to Hilton Head 5-6 times a year for over 12 years and normally stay in Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove.  Happy we found this unit to add to our list of favorites.  The view is beautiful & so very relaxing.  Love watching the birds and enjoying some nature.  We rode our bikes, walked golfed & tennis and enjoyed listening & dancing to Deaz Guys.  WE have a fabulous time and appreciate the comfortable accommodations.  Thank you and God bless!

We had the best time here at Hilton Head! Our family loved this condo for the convenience of everything! Children were so excited to be by the pool! Condo was comfortable and decorated lovely! Especially thought the kitchen was well- furnished! Would make my stay at this condo again!

We have had the pleasure of staying in your condo for the past 4 years and in St. Andrews for the past 8 years. It is great that the condo is pet friendly. The view of the pool and pond/fountain, complete with gator is an added pleasure. This is our winter destination. We have been able to make several friends over the years and look forward to seeing them each winter. Dinners and get-togethers have become a common occurrence with them. We are all from different states and enjoy hearing what everyone has done during the past year. Finally, Sunset Rentals has been a good company to work with. Prompt and efficient with all requests.
