Hilton Head Rental Information
 Rates:
All quoted rates are for cash or credit. They include a starter set
of linens, soap, toilet paper, and a departure clean. With a two-week
or
greater stay in certain seasons, an additional clean will be given.
Holiday
periods have a rate premium.
Age
requirements:
25 years of age or greater for at least one guest in each villa or
home, unless the couple is married.
Tax:
A total of 11% will be added to all rates unless the guest stays
over 90 consecutive days.
Telephone:
All local calls will be free. Long distance calls must be billed
on credit card or billed to a third party.
Pets:
Pets are prohibited in all homes and villas and the resort
premise unless otherwise noted. This policy is strictly
enforced and
a violation will
result in loss of security deposit up to $75.00 Pet
friendly properties carry a premium rate and a $75.00 pet fee(dogs only).
Returned
Checks:
A $25.00 service charge will be charged for all returned
checks.
Changes
in Villas/Homes:
In the event an owner chooses to remove his villa/home
from the rental, or in case of maintenance related
problems, guests
may
be moved to
comparable
accommodations if available. The guest may receive credit for
future stay if comparable accommodations are not available.
Extreme
Weather:
If mandatory evacuation is ordered, travel insurance policy holders will we reimbursed per the policy in effect and its conditions.
Occupancy:
The number of guest can not exceed the number of
occupants specified in the confirmation agreement.
Children in
cribs are not included
in this
number.
Processing
Fee:
There will be a one time processing fee of $85.00
for all reservations taken at booking.
Pool
Heating Charges:
Private pool heating will be an additional
charge of $700.00 a week or $200 a day.
Travel
Insurance:
Your reservation includes travel
insurance to protect you in the event of
unforseen circumstances.
Without insurance all
deposits will
be forfeited
less than thirty days for villas and 60 days for homes
prior to arrival. Travel insurance is 7% per cent of the rental amount.
